With over 26 years of experience in the medical field, Tiffany brings a wealth of clinical expertise to her practice. Her extensive background spans primary care, emergency medicine, and cardiac care, providing her with a unique perspective on both acute intervention and long-term wellness. She is particularly passionate about preventative medicine and the management of chronic conditions, including heart failure, obesity, and diabetes.
Tiffany believes in a patient-centered approach that empowers individuals through education and proactive health management.
Outside of the clinic, she is a devoted wife and mother of two who stays active through biking, hiking, and traveling. She also enjoys spending time at the beach, attending live music performances, and going to sporting events with her family.
Mary is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a minor in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from the College of William and Mary.
Mary worked as a primary care Family Nurse Practitioner for over 10 years before joining Nautilus in January 2026. In her previous role, she also served as the Lead Advanced Practice Provider for the Mid-Atlantic region for a large healthcare organization.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys staying active with her spouse and 3 children.
Wendy E. Mallory, MPH, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in both primary care and hematology/oncology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Public Health from Liberty University, as well as her Master of Science in Nursing from South University, where she graduated with honors. Wendy has a diverse clinical background spanning primary care, pediatrics, cardiology, hematology/oncology, and public health. She is passionate about preventive care and partnering with patients to support lifelong wellness.
Outside of work, Wendy enjoys trips to the Outer Banks and spending time with her husband, daughter, and chocolate lab. Most weekends, she can be found on the sidelines cheering on her daughter at softball games. She also looks forward each year to her medical mission trip to Honduras with Friends of Barnabas.
